Personal information protection policy

Last updated: September 16, 2026. This document applies to the MNT jobs website and services. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

Who we are

MNT jobs is a recruitment company connecting candidates residing in Tunisia and Morocco with Canadian companies, for fully remote positions. We are neither an employer nor a payment intermediary: the candidate and the company contract directly with each other.

Person in charge of personal information protection: the management of MNT jobs, reachable at support@mntjobs.com.

What we never ask for

No fee is ever charged to candidates, at any step. If someone asks you for money on behalf of MNT jobs, it is fraud: do not pay and report it to us.

The information we collect

From candidates: your résumé and its contents; your answers to the form (country of residence, contact details, job family, declared French and English levels, experience with client calls and remote work, acceptance of Canadian hours); and the advertising campaign that brought you here.

From employers: the company name, the contact person’s name and email, the description of the need and the shortlisted profiles.

Sensitive information on résumés. Résumés often include a photo, a date of birth, a marital status, a nationality, an address. We keep these separately, for internal use only (identity check, file consistency), and we never share them with a company, before or after a hire. They play no part in any assessment.

Why we use it

To analyse your application, classify it by field and level, publish an anonymous profile in the catalogue, and send your résumé and contact details to the Canadian companies that buy access to your profile. For employers: to process the order and deliver the chosen profiles.

The analysis of résumés is carried out by an artificial-intelligence system that extracts information from the résumé text (work history, education, languages, skills) and decides whether the profile is published in the catalogue. You may ask for that decision to be reviewed by a member of our team.

Your consent

You consent to the processing of your information by accepting the terms of use when sending your résumé; the date and time of this consent are kept. These terms explicitly cover the anonymous presentation of your profile in the catalogue, and the sharing of your résumé and contact details with companies that engage with us so they can contact you. You may remove your profile from the catalogue at any time without closing your file: it stays in our pool and may be offered to you directly.

What an employer sees

In the catalogue: an anonymous profile — field, years of experience, skills, types of employers (never their name), level of education (never the institution), languages, availability, expected pay range, and a random code instead of your name. A company that engages with us — purchased access to your profile, or selection entrusted to our team — receives your résumé, name and contact details to contact you. Sensitive information (photo, date of birth, marital status, nationality, address) is never shared with it.

Where your information is, and who accesses it

Your information is hosted in Canada (Canada Central region). Our technical providers: Supabase (database and résumé storage), Vercel (website hosting), Anthropic (résumé text analysis — text only, never the photo or the file), Resend (email delivery). Each acts on our instructions and does not use your information for its own purposes.

When information is communicated to a Québec company, we keep a log of every consultation and every transmission, in accordance with Law 25.

For how long

A profile with no activity for 24 months is deactivated. It is permanently deleted at 36 months — profile, résumé, experience and sensitive information. The transmission log is kept without your identity.

Your rights

You may access your information, correct it, withdraw your consent to the catalogue, or request the complete deletion of your file. The link in your confirmation email lets you update your profile without an account or password for 30 days; after that, write to support@mntjobs.com with your file number. We reply within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

Cookies

The site uses only cookies necessary for its operation: tracking your application journey, remembering the originating campaign, your language choice, and employers’ shortlists, kept in their browser. No third-party advertising cookie is set before your consent.
