Terms of service

1. What we provide

MNT jobs operates a résumé catalogue. Candidates living in Tunisia and Morocco upload their résumés; you browse anonymous profiles and buy, by package, access to the résumé and contact details of the profiles you choose. That is the whole of our service.

We run no interviews, contact no candidate on your behalf, and verify neither their French, nor their English, nor the accuracy of their résumé. The information displayed and delivered is what the candidate declared and what an automated analysis extracted from their résumé.

We are neither an employer, nor a personnel placement agency, nor a foreign worker recruitment agency, nor a payment intermediary: the contract is concluded directly between you and the candidate, under your sole responsibility. We carry on no immigration consulting activity.

2. Final sale — no guarantee, no refund

The package pays for access to the résumés and contact details of the profiles you chose, delivered on payment. It is earned upon payment and is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable, whatever the outcome: unreachable candidate, candidate who does not reply, offer declined, inaccurate information, working relationship cut short, change or abolition of the position.

We guarantee neither reachability, nor availability, nor interest, nor hiring, nor performance of a candidate, nor the accuracy of any information about them. All verification is your responsibility: identity, languages, skills, references, degrees, background, actual availability.

No replacement is provided, before or after delivery: résumés go out on payment, and the service is then performed in full. If you want further profiles, a new package is invoiced.

3. Packages

Packages, by number of profiles, are those displayed on the site at the time of your order, taxes extra. No other amount is due: there is no success fee, no hiring fee and no commission, whatever the number of candidates you subsequently engage. A profile is deemed delivered as soon as its résumé or contact details have been sent to you, even if you do not contact them.

4. Use of delivered résumés

The résumés and contact details delivered to you are for your own recruiting use only. You may not pass them on to a third party, resell them, publish them, copy them, bulk-extract their content or build a database from them.

Automated browsing of the catalogue, systematic extraction of profiles and any attempt to re-identify a candidate from the anonymous profiles are forbidden.

5. Your obligations towards candidates

You undertake to treat candidates with respect, to use their information for recruiting only, and to comply with applicable privacy laws (including Quebec's Law 25: a collaborator abroad who accesses your customers' data is a communication outside Quebec, whose assessment is your responsibility), employment equity and non-discrimination laws. We never send you a candidate's photo, date of birth, marital status, nationality or address, and you will not ask for them.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MNT jobs's total liability towards you, all causes combined, is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the service concerned. We are not liable for any indirect damage, loss of profit, customers or data, nor for any act or omission of a candidate.

7. Use of the site

The catalogue is reserved for bona fide employers and recruiters. Automated browsing, copying and resale of content are prohibited. We may suspend access in case of abuse, without compensation.

8. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada; any dispute falls under the courts of the district of Montreal. They may change; the version in force is the one displayed on the date of your order. They prevail over any document from you, unless agreed in writing and signed by MNT jobs.
