Terms of use

1. What {marque} does

MNT jobs is a recruitment company. We present candidates residing in Tunisia and Morocco to Canadian companies, for positions performed entirely remotely, from your country. This is not immigration: no work permit, no travel, no consular procedure.

We are neither your employer nor a payment intermediary. If a company hires you, you contract directly with it; pay, conditions and the working relationship are settled between you and the company.

2. It is free for you, always

We will never ask you for money, at any step — not to upload your résumé, not for an interview, not for an introduction, not after a hire. If anyone asks you for a payment on behalf of MNT jobs, it is fraud: do not pay and write to us.

3. What you entrust to us

Your résumé and everything in it, your answers to the form (country of residence, contact details, job family, declared levels, acceptance of Canadian hours), and the advertisement that brought you here.

You warrant that this information is accurate and about you. A significant false statement ends your application.

4. What we do with it

Your résumé is read by an artificial-intelligence system that extracts your work history, education, languages and skills, in order to classify your profile by field and level and to decide whether it is published in the catalogue. That publication decision is automated. You may ask a member of our team to review it, and you may withdraw your profile from the catalogue at any time.

When a company buys access to your profile, we send it your reformatted résumé, your name, your email and your phone number. The company contacts you directly. We take no part in that exchange and we do not call you.

5. Your profile and employers

By submitting your résumé, you agree that your profile may be presented to, shared with and viewed by companies and recruiters, in Canada or elsewhere, that may hire you — in our online catalogue, in the files we hand them, and in any form useful to your placement.

In the public catalogue, your profile is anonymous: field, years of experience, skills and software, types of employers (never their name), level of education (never the institution), languages, availability, expected pay range, identified by a random code — no name, photo, email, phone, address or city.

To companies that engage with us — whether they purchase access to your profile to contact you themselves, or entrust us with the selection and retain your application — we may share your résumé, name and contact details so they can contact you and, where applicable, contract directly with you. You agree to this sharing by these terms; you may refuse it for a given company by telling us, and you remain free to decline any offer.

The sensitive information in your résumé (photo, date of birth, marital status, nationality, address) is never shared with a company, at any stage.

You may remove your profile from the catalogue at any time (see 8) without closing your file: we may still offer you positions directly.

6. Where your data is

Your data is hosted in Canada. Our technical providers (hosting, database, email delivery, résumé text analysis) act on our instructions and do not use your data for their own purposes. Details are in our privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

7. For how long

Your file is kept while it is active. With no activity from you or from us for 24 months, it is deactivated; it is permanently deleted at 36 months. You may request its deletion earlier, at any time.

8. Your rights

You may view and correct your profile, remove it from the catalogue, or have your entire file deleted (profile, résumé, experience, sensitive information). The link in your confirmation email lets you update your profile without an account or password for 30 days; otherwise, write to support@mntjobs.com with your file number. We reply within 30 days.

9. What we do not promise

Uploading your résumé guarantees neither a viewing, nor a call, nor an offer, nor a hire. We promise no timeline, no compensation and no length of engagement, and we do not guarantee that your profile will be published in the catalogue.

10. Loyalty

When a company has been introduced to you by MNT jobs, any hiring by that company, direct or indirect, goes through us for the 12 months following the introduction. This rule protects the service we provide to candidates free of charge.

11. Changes

These terms may change; the date at the top shows the version in force. Important changes are announced on this page. They are governed by the laws of Québec.
